Keystone Property Group was founded in 2008 by James and Sarah Whitfield with a simple but powerful belief: that the quality of your home has a profound impact on the quality of your life. From that conviction, Keystone was born.
Starting with a single townhouse development in Ascot, the company has grown steadily over 15 years, delivering more than 1,200 homes across Brisbane. Each project has been guided by the same principles that shaped the first: thoughtful design, quality craftsmanship, and a genuine commitment to the people who will call our buildings home.
Today, Keystone is one of Brisbane's most respected boutique developers, with a portfolio spanning luxury apartments, premium townhomes, and master-planned communities. We remain a family-led business, and that personal touch is felt in every project we deliver.

James founded Keystone Property Group in 2008 with a vision to create exceptional residential communities in Brisbane. With over 20 years of experience in property development, he oversees the strategic direction of the company and all major development decisions.
Sarah Whitfield
Co-Founder & Design Director
Sarah brings a background in architecture and interior design to every Keystone project. She leads the design process from concept to completion, ensuring that each development reflects the company's commitment to quality, liveability, and aesthetic excellence.
Michael Chen
Development Director
Michael manages the delivery of all Keystone projects, overseeing construction, contractor relationships, and programme management. His background in civil engineering and project management ensures every project is delivered on time and to the highest standard.
Priya Sharma
Head of Sales & Marketing
Priya leads the sales and marketing function at Keystone, bringing over 15 years of experience in luxury property sales. She is responsible for all project launches, buyer relationships, and the innovative AI-powered sales systems that set Keystone apart.
